How much control will I have over my website and information?
100% . Once we’re done you get handed the reigns. All of the passwords are yours to change as you see fit. All permissions and access can be granted and revoked by you at any time.
Will my website be a carbon copy of everyone else’s in my industry?
There are only so many ways to cook a potato. If you’re in an industry with tons of competition then some similarities are inevitable. However, our websites are built after researching your business, after speaking with you and your customers. We encourage the use of your own images and photographs rather than readily available stock images. We get reviews specific to your business. We write the text based on what you do. If you cannot provide any point of differentiation in what you offer then it will be difficult to stand out.
A lot of websites are made using copycat marketing tactics that basically involve copying another kids homework. Whilst this is quick and easy, nine times out of ten the kids who’s homework has been copied, is thick.
Our websites are built and designed around a framework that works and makes it easy for your prospect to take action and reach their desired future state to both your and their benefit. Simply moving things around for the sake of it and agonising over the colour of your logo isn’t something we recommend.
Will I get an email address that matches my website?
Yes. If your have a registered domain name i.e www.cresco.media then you are able to have anything@cresco.media as your email address. The next step is choosing an email program or app to use. We recommend you set this up using your own account - your emails are important right? We can help. Just ask.
What additional fees can I expect?
After our initial engagement is over just the ongoing hosting and software plans that you have in place. These are all managed by you and you’re able to cancel at any time. Please refer to your providers terms and conditions for further information. Many of our clients ask about further services and support - just ask if there’s anything you want a hand with.
If I need help, will you support me?
Absolutely. It’s our aim to have to you confidently flying solo as soon as possible. But if it all goes a bit wrong we’ll gladly get things back on the rails.
How long will my website take?
Most people have their website completed in accordance with their letter of engagement in under 30 days. We’re ready and waiting to do our bit. The interviews and worksheets (the effort required on your part that make your website that works just that) must be completed in order for the design and build of your website to progress. We do not throw in any old rubbish just to get your website across the finish line.
